Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions govern the Caerus Provider Submission ("Prize Draw") and apply to you so far as the law permits so please read them carefully.
- Caerus Opportunities, Fintry Mains, Fintry Road, Dundee, DD4 9EZ is the “Promoter” of this Prize Draw.
Can I enter the Prize Draw?
- The Prize Draw opens at 09:00 BST on Monday 18th July 2022 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Monday 30th September 2022. Any entries received after 23:59 GMT on Friday 30th September 2022 will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
- No purchase or entry fee is necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw, subject to paragraph 6 below, is open to all Regulate & Unregulated Childcare or children’s club and activity providers in Scotland (each an “Entrant”).
- The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law or otherwise is in breach of local or national applicable legislation or other provisions or where there is a conflict of interest.
- You cannot enter if you work in the The Caerus Opportunities or Flexible Childcare Services Scotland teams or have been involved in setting up or running this Prize Draw.
How do I enter the Prize Draw?
- To enter the Prize Draw for the chance to win the prizes listed in paragraph 9 below, Entrants need to complete the survey hosted on https://form.jotform.com/213463660417353 from Monday 18th July 2022 and to 23:59 GMT on Monday 30th September 2022.
What are the Prizes?
- The Promoter is giving away 1x Amazon Gift Voucher worth £100 to one winner.
- Winners will be contacted on the email they provided in the questionnaire and once confirmation has been received will be sent an Amazon Gift Code with a value of £100.
How is the winner selected?
- The Prize Draw Winner will be selected at random from the list of all entrants under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place on Monday 3rd October 2022. The Promoter will contact the Winners via email address within 5 working days of the draw being made.
- The email will contain details of the prize and how to claim it. If the Prize is not claimed by 23.59pm on Friday 14 October it will be forfeited. The Promotor reserves the right to pick an alternative winning Entrant selected randomly following the same process as detailed in paragraph 11.
- If the winning Entrant drawn randomly is unable to meet any of the requirements in these Terms and Conditions, then the prize will be offered to the next Entrant drawn randomly.
- The odds of winning will depend on the total number of valid entries received.
What else do you need to know? Legal Information
- The winning Entrant agrees to take part and allow their name and location to be used in any promotional activities reasonably requested by the Promoter.
- The Promoter will not be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Prize Draw or as a result of your participation in the Prize Draw.
- The Promoter can change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Prize Draw at its discretion and without incurring liability as a result.
- The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence in relation to the Promoter’s exercise of its rights in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be entered into
- You consent to your data being stored, transferred and processed in the United Kingdom or overseas by the Promoter (which includes outside of the European Economic Area), its group companies and its authorised third parties for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw and to contact you if you win a prize and to organise its delivery.
- These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
